1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a retailer/distributor on this platform you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws.
2. Services
The platform provides mobile/DTH recharge, BBPS bill payment, AEPS cash withdrawal, DMT money transfer and PAN card application services through licensed third-party providers.
3. Wallet & Settlement
All transactions are settled from the user's prepaid wallet. Wallet top-ups are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly approved by the platform.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, MPIN and OTPs confidential. The platform is not liable for losses caused by sharing these with a third party.
5. Service Availability
Services depend on upstream banking and telecom partners and may be interrupted due to factors outside the platform's control. Charges already debited for a failed transaction are reversed to the wallet automatically.
6. Termination
The platform may suspend or terminate an account for fraud, KYC non-compliance or misuse, with dues settled as per the wallet ledger.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance.
